Notice to the Annual General Meeting
Notice is given to the shareholders of Vacon Plc to the annual general meeting to be held on Tuesday 23 March 2010 at 3 p.m. in the Akademi auditorium of Åbo Akademi University at the address Academill, Rantakatu 2, 65100 Vaasa, Finland. The reception of persons who have registered for the meeting will commence at 2.30 p.m.
